Exercise

We've chosen a mixture of exercises to encourage people who are reasonably fit but not regularly working out. By varying the length of the sessions, sometimes combining it with music, and providing the option to sit instead of standing, these exercises are appealing to many.

Whichever exercise routine you're interested in trying, we recommend that you watch the whole video completely before considering whether it is suitable for you (and/or your caree). If in any doubt, please consult your medical professionals.
