It also encourages you to explore new Covid-safe ways of including others in sharing what needs doing so that, alongside finding more enjoyment, you’re able to do things that promote your well-being.

The pandemic has significantly changed the lives of carers. Many support organisations cancelled certain activities and, to reduce the risk of infection, some visits by care workers and friends stopped. In this way, much of what previously gave carers short breaks disappeared. Now, more than ever, carers benefit from knowing how to arrange things well so as to enjoy the time they spend with their carees and by themselves.
